Packaging & Handling

Yarn Over Yarn Under is proud to be doing our bit by being mindful of our planet - we use biodegradable mailers that have been manufactured to be strong and durable enough to handle their logistics adventure (via courier or AusPost) so your order arrives intact. We recommend airing out your yarn overnight before use.

Shipping Costs

We ship from Sydney via AusPost or selected courier partners.

AusPost prioritises Express Post, however at this time, they can not guarantee next day delivery due to potential delays. 

Please note that Express shipping is not available for orders over 2kgs.

For larger orders, your order may arrive in multiple packages but will be shipped at the same time. 

Processing time & Shipping time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time from our Sydney warehouse: Order verification, quality check and packaging. We aim to dispatch orders either same day or next business day.

• Shipping time from our Sydney warehouse: We will send via Australia Post, Startrack or our selected courier partners, depending on the order size. Standard post orders are usually received between 2-7 business days and express post orders can be expected to be received between 1-4 business days (depending on metro, regional or rural location). 

Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders and will be sent to your email address where you can also opt in to get tracking via SMS.

** PLEASE NOTE - unsuccessful deliveries:

Should your parcel be delivered to your local post office due to unsuccessful delivery - The post office will hold your parcel for 14 days. After this it will be returned back to us.
Should you request that we resend back to you, this will be at your cost.

Please contact us ASAP if you have accidentally provided the incorrect address.

We recommend you keep track of your parcel through the tracking link provided upon fulfilment.
